Headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois.The first McDonald’s eatery was opened in 1948 by brothers Maurice (Mac) then Richard McDonald in San Bernardino, California. They bought machines for their little cheeseburger restaurant from the vendor Ray Crock, who was interested by their require for eight blenders for malt plus cocktails.
